The blender is a great product. My daughter throws whatever she wants in her smoothie...Perfect smoothie everytime: no scraping the sides down or having to stir it down mid-blend.
Great working and looking blender. Quiet for how powerful it is. Excellent customer service. Recommended.
It makes fantastic smoothies. No problems with the machinery. The jar is very easy to clean. The inside of the lid -- not so easy, especially when left to sit.
It's still VERY well made and the design of the jar allows it to blend frozen fruit with ease, but it's about half the price of a Vitamix.
I have now used this blender for approximately a month and am not entirely sold on it. It does have plenty of power but when in the normal operating mode it decides to surge on and off for no apparent reason.
