The blender's Ice Crushing setting exceeded my expectations. It crushed my thick freezer cubes quickly and It left crushed ice that I would compare to thick snow. It was easy to use and cleaning was a breeze.
It works great, crushes ice for drinks great. The only problem I have with it is that the jar itself seems a little top heavy.
recently purchased this blender at a local department store, and in the short time that I have owned it, I have been very impressed with its performance. It does quite well crushing ice, and for smoothie/milkshake making.
The part that protrudes out of the base that connects to the glass jar broke off. The piece is black plastic.
