This blender is terrific!!! I love the fact that it turns ice cubes into a smooth, creamy consistency--no ice chips or crystals to be found.
Blends well, but the sound can wake the dead two houses down the street.
It's speed in the second cycle absolutly amazed me! The fact that it's hand free, no holding down the mix button, is a plus. Just depress and walk away.
I bought this blender because I thought it would be great for smoothies and daily breakfast shakes. It worked fine for a few weeks and then for no reason, the first 2 speeds quit working.
We've had our blender for almost a year now, and it's performing marvelously. We use it at least 4 times a week for smoothies or omelet batter, and have had no trouble at all.
